A message to all our customers,
We are proud that you trust us to look after your Compressed Air or Vacuum equipment, especially in these unprecedented times.
Whilst COVID-19 brings lots of uncertainty, we want to reassure you that our colleagues and our service levels, are both safe and prepared as we try to cope with the spread of the virus.
Below you can find the steps we are taking to maintain a safe and reliable service for you on an ongoing basis.
From the start of the outbreak we have implemented government guidelines in relation to COVID-19, and in many cases put more stringent controls in place to keep both our clients and colleagues safe.
We have had an isolation programme in operation from early March for any at-risk colleagues. Anyone who showed any signs of having a high temperature (37.8°C or higher) or had a new, continuous cough have been asked to self-isolate for 14 days.
We are still carrying out face to face visits, taking necessary hygiene and distancing measures.
We are also offering you the option of a remote visit if preferred by working through your site specific restrictions and access procedures.
All the above measures are designed to ensure we can offer you both a safe and effective service in the weeks and potentially months ahead.
