The Rotary Vane Principle
A: Air is drawn in through the intake valve.
B: Air is contained between the rotor and stator wall.
C: Air is compressed by decreasing volume. Lubricant is continually injected to cool, seal and lubricate.
D: High pressure air passes into the primary oil separator.
E: Remaining traces of lubricant are removed in a final separator element, ensuring high quality air.
F: System air passes through the aftercooler, removing most of the condensate.
G: Lubricant is circulated by differential air pressure (No lubricant pump required). It passes through an air-blast lubricant cooler and filter before being returned to the compressor.
H: Air flow is regulated by an in built modulation system.
HV 01 – 04 Series
Small and compact Hydrovane HV 01 – 04 models are ideally suited for light industrial and workshop applications where the compressed air outlet needs to be situated close to the point of use.

HR 04 – 07 Compressors
The Hydrovane HR Series of rotary vane compressors unmistakably Hydrovane but one hundred percent new. It’s not so much evolution, but Regeneration.
The Hydrovane Regeneration HR Series is reassuringly familiar on the outside with significant changes on the inside.

HV 30 – 40 Series Compressor
Hydrovane HV 30 – 45 series is enclosed for quiet operation, and with a small footprint and low noise levels these compressors can be conveniently located at the point of use.
With Hydrovane, installation is hassle-free. All enclosed units fit through a standard 36” (914mm) door providing the most versatile compressor range in the market.

Open Framed Sets – Tripod Mounted
The Hydrovane HV (PEAS) series of open framed set fixed speed compressors are ideal for heavy duty general purpose applications, where reduced footprint and low noise levels are not key specification criteria. This open framed compressor range offers an alternative solution to the enclosed range (ACE).
The range also features spin-off / spin-on maintenance items i.e. separators and oil filters for easy maintenance.
